Frequently Asked Questions
How it works
Booking cat care should be simple. Here's what you can expect from start to finish.
Browse the available services, choose the visits that fit your cat’s needs, and submit your booking request online. Once I receive it, I’ll confirm your reservation and reach out if I have any questions.
Before your first booking, we’ll schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet. This gives us a chance to go over your cat’s routine, feeding schedule, medications, home access, and any special instructions so everyone feels comfortable before you leave.
While you’re traveling, your cat will receive the personalized care you booked, along with plenty of attention and affection. After each visit, you’ll receive a photo and a quick update so you always know your cat is safe, happy, and well cared for.

Yes. I can administer most oral and topical medications during scheduled visits. If your cat requires injections or has more complex medical needs, please let me know before booking so we can discuss the best care plan.
Yes! I offer a complimentary meet-and-greet before your first booking. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, discuss your pet’s routine and any special care instructions, and make sure you and your cat feel comfortable before your trip.
That’s completely normal! Many cats take a little time to warm up to new people. I’ll never force interaction. I’ll make sure your cat has fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and a visual wellness check whenever possible. I’ll also send you an update after each visit so you know how your cat is doing.
For most cats, I recommend one to two visits per day. Some cats, such as kittens, seniors, or those with medical needs, may benefit from additional visits. During our meet-and-greet, we’ll decide what schedule is best for your cat.
Plans change, and I understand. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your first scheduled visit will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll discuss your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Absolutely! Plant watering, mail and package collection, and other small home care tasks are available as optional add-on services to help keep your home looking lived in while you’re away.
